Bowen Therapy has been a game changer for me as a physiotherapist, and I’ve always been amazed by my results. However, learning the IOS method changed everything again. Having a solid objective marker from the dural drag tests, and a more focussed rational for what to treat, was what I was missing, and has all helped immensely. Treatments are shorter and I can leave the session knowing the right structures have been treated and the right change as been achieved. Lucy teaches this work so well and I felt much more confident after the weekend. I’d highly recommend her course to any Bowen therapist and I’m sure patients will be happy!

IOS and its extended level, Targeting Primary Dysfunction, have become an essential part of my Bowen practice since I first studied in 2021. It changed my way of working to be a lot more effective and efficient in terms of how I assess and how I treat, and I feel that since I have done it, it has given me a very clear way to organise my Bowen sessions and know when I am making an effective change to whatever is being presented by my clients. The information we learn about why we do some of the procedures the way we do, which hadn't been shared with me in any previous Bowen training, really helped sharpen up how I do them, as I had a better understanding of why it was relevant. This work is highly recommended by me for all Bowen practitioners.

I had wanted to do the IOS course for a long time, so when the opportunity came up, to do it from a more central location, I jumped at the chance. Lucy ran a very professional and engaging course whilst managing to put everyone at ease at the same time. The course content was accessible and not only catered for someone like myself on their first IOS but also provided a deeper level of understanding for others who were repeating it. This included other professionals, from nursing, physiotherapy, and a doctor. I would 100% recommend this course.
