What is IOS Bowen?

IOS Bowen grew from many years of shared learning, teaching and clinical experience alongside Graham Pennington.
The approach brings greater emphasis to assessment, palpation and understanding the relationship between structure, tone and the nervous system. Rather than following a fixed sequence for every person, practitioners learn to use what they observe and feel to guide their treatment.
It's about understanding why you're doing something, not simply knowing what to do.
